-            You may be required to arrive in the UK before the date of your procedure. This is advised in any event to allow for travel cancellation or delays. You may also be required to attend pre-operative tests at a laboratory some days prior to your procedure.

- Book extra leg room seats if available. Be as comfortable as possible on the way home.

- Wear compression stockings and comfortable loose fitting clothing.

- Carry any medication in your hand luggage

- Sit near or over wing (more stable)

- Stay hydrated but not too much caffeine. Avoid alcohol, especially if you are prescribed antibiotics.

- Walk up and down the aisle during the flight

- You must stay in the UK for the recommended duration for your procedure.
