We have created a dedicated helpline number for Patients who have queries regarding their surgery.

This number is 01302 246131.

The line is open from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday and a member of the Moorgate Andrology team will be happy to help.

Please note that our helpline team is not medically qualified. If you call for advice in relation to your procedure, your Urologist will always be contacted to provide the appropriate medical advice.

Our team will always be able to help you directly with the following if you are an existing patient

- booking of check-up  appointments

- Changing an appointment

- Confirmation of existing appointments and cancellation of appointments

- Copies of patient information 

- Any general query in terms of upcoming procedures

General information regarding post-operative care following your operation can be found in your post-operative treatment information sheet provided in the information pack supplied by email when you booked.
