Penis filler

Post treatment advice

- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours after treatment

- Should you have any bruising and/or swelling you may apply an ice pack to the affected area (wrap the ice pack in a tea towel first) Apply for just a few minutes each time as required. Do not apply an ice pack directly to the skin.

- Avoid heavy exercise, spa, swimming and saunas for 5 days.

- Avoid exposure to the sun, until the swelling and bruising has subsided.

- Take a shower on the morning after the treatment.

- No sexual activity for 2 weeks . Having sex too soon can cause migration of the injected material. This includes masturbation. It is perfectly ok to have erections as these help with the modelling of the filler in the penis.

- No aspirin for 2 days after treatment. If you take prescribed aspirin, please inform the Doctor.

- If you notice any filler migrating a little to the tip of the penis / foreskin , please Keep the penis upright in supportive underwear for the first week or two. This will help with any post treatment swelling.

- Start the massage regime the same day as instructed by the Urologist. Massage is very important after penis filler treatment to help ensure even distribution of the filler as the filler settles. Massage by rolling the penis between the hands, gently,  for one to two minutes , three or four times per day.

-  In the unlikely event that you notice any minor lump or bump formations later on,  you can massage these with your forefinger and thumb, to help break them down. These nodules can appear after penis fillers, especially at the tip, and usually settle down with massage. Any stubborn lumps or bumps can be treated later,  with hyalase,  to dissolve them, but this is always a last resort.
