Post-operative instructions penis enlargement surgery

Please remove your bandages and dressings 3 days after your operation, leave the steri-strips on.    

Please do not shower for the first 3 days after the operation, use some wet towels for your personal hygiene.

If you have a foreskin, make sure that the white sticky tape underneath the foreskin is also removed.

Once the dressing is removed do not touch or manipulate the penis.

Please start with the penis physiotherapy program 3 days after the surgery.

Stretch the penis 10 x for 1 second each time you go to the toilet if you have had the lengthening procedure

Massage the penis shaft from the top to the bottom for two to three minutes, three to four times a day , if you have had the girth enlargement procedure

If you have a foreskin, this may swell over the first few weeks after penis girth enhancement surgery. This is perfectly normal at this stage. Please squeeze the foreskin daily for 5 minutes to release any fluid accumulation. Continue this until the foreskin returns to normal.

You will have some bruising on the inner thighs and on the belly for the first few weeks following girth enhancement surgery. This may feel sore at first, especially on the inner thighs. This will settle over time.

You may notice that the erections are uncomfortable after the surgery. This is normal at this stage. You will get erections and this is a good, as they help with the modelling of the penis, and promote healing. Be sure not to engage in sexual activity though for six weeks.
